1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of tickets for local events through our site. By using our website and making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Ticket Purchases

  • All prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Tickets are subject to availability at the time of purchase.

  • A purchase is confirmed only once full payment has been received and an electronic ticket or booking confirmation has been issued to you.

3. No Refunds Policy

  • All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed, except where required by law.

  • If an event is cancelled by the organiser, you will be entitled to a refund.

  • If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.

  • Refunds will not be issued for failure to attend an event, inability to travel, changes in personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction with the event.

(Note: Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, tickets for events on a set date don’t have a typical 14-day cancellation period. This means our no-refund policy starts as soon as you buy your ticket.)

4. Event Admission

  • Admission is subject to the event organiser’s terms and conditions, including age restrictions, dress codes, and security checks.

  • You must comply with all venue rules and policies.

  • We are not responsible for denied entry where these rules are breached.

5. Transfer of Tickets

  • Tickets are for personal use only and may not be resold for commercial gain unless authorised in writing by us.

  • Resale in breach of this clause may result in ticket cancellation without refund.

6. Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your purchase or attendance at an event.

  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for your ticket.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

7. Changes to Events

  • Event details, including date, time, and location, may be subject to change, however we typically do not change those once confirmed.

  • We will notify you of any significant changes using the contact details provided at purchase.

8. Website Use

  • You agree not to use our site for unlawful purposes or to interfere with its proper operation.

  • Intellectual property rights in all site content belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
