Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once your purchase is confirmed, except where required by law.
If an event is cancelled by the organiser, we will arrange a refund.
If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.
Under UK law, tickets for events on a set date are not covered by the 14-day cooling-off period, so this policy applies from the moment of purchase.
